Surge is a discipleship program at Crossways Church on the East Coast, We started in 2023 with a dream of seeing young people transformed to live a Godly life!
At the heart of Surge is transformation through God’s Word, learning to live out His truth every day.
Through theological lessons, book studies, and lectures, we aim to renew minds and turn faith into practical action.
Surge is a year of personal growth and being stretched beyond your comfort zone. Through challenges, responsibilities, and ministry, students develop resilience and mature into building a Christ-like character.
We encourage mentorship and accountability throughout the year! The students join community groups as well as being a part of the close-knit team in Surge as we do life together.

Four12 partners offer 1-2 year programmes focussed on training the next generation in life and ministry. Students will deepen their faith, forge lifelong friendships, develop their gifts, and serve in their local Four12 churches.
